How to make
Finely chop the onion, parsley and dill. Grate the carrots and chop the cabbage into finer pieces and mash them with a little salt.
In a bowl, place all the products together with half the tin of corn. Add the heavy cream and mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper and stir again. Place the salad in a suitable serving dish and add the remaining corn on top for decoration, lengthwise.
This cabbage salad goes well with a lot of alcohol, so cheers!
