How to make
The cabbage is cut into thin strips. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. The green pepper is cleaned from its seeds and cut into small pieces.
Chop the garlic cloves, dill and parsley. If desired, for more aroma and taste you can add two or three fresh finely chopped mint leaves.
All of the vegetables are mixed in a large bowl, they are sprinkled with salt and drizzled with the juice of 1 lemon.
Mix the vegetables well by hand.
Sprinkle the cabbage salad with olive oil, stir once more.
The cabbage salad with carrots and lemon is distributed into serving dishes.
