How to make
Put some oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic, carrot and pepper, all finely chopped. The wine is also added.
After 2-3 minutes, when the wine evaporates, add the tomatoes, paprika, potatoes and lovage stalk. Season with salt and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Pour some warm water over the products until they're are covered and then little more, once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer the stew over low heat for about 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are ready.
Add the rice that you have washed in a few waters. Then leave it a little longer, until the rice is cooked.
Finally sprinkle with parsley.
