"Did you also start your day off with a green spinach smoothie?"

Ingredients

  • frozen spinach - 1 handful
  • bananas - 1/2 pc.
  • apples - 1/2 pc.
  • dill - 1 stalk
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • coconut milk - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • water - 3 1/4 tbsp (50 ml)
  • mint - 3 leaves

How to make

A peeled banana and an apple are cut into pieces. Place them in the jug of a chopper or blender.

Add lemon juice, a dill stalk, mint leaves and water. Blend the mixture three times for a short while.

Open the lid and add coconut milk or if you don't have that, add milk.

Pour into a glass and enjoy a lovely green smoothie. Great for an afternoon snack.
