How to make
Place a saucepan of salted water on the stove and once it boils, blanch the broccoli, that should be chopped into small pieces. After 6-7 minutes, remove from the heat and strain them.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, but reducing the cooking time for it al dente. When they are ready, strain them from the water and sprinkle with plenty of olive oil.
Mix the cottage cheese with the pressed garlic and spices. Add whole or halved, if larger, cherry tomatoes. Add your desired amount of salt.
In a pan, mix the spaghetti with the broccoli and salt them a little. You can sprinkle more olive oil.
Spread the boiled mixture on top.
Put in a preheated 210 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, without overcooking it, so that the spaghetti do not dry out.
You must serve the healthy spaghetti warm.
Enjoy your meal!
