How to make
In a well-heated pan with a little olive oil, put the cleaned tails of king prawns.
Sprinkle them with the finely chopped garlic clove, ground sea salt, pepper, cumin, oregano. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Tear or slice the lettuce, place it in a bowl and add the prawn tails, peeled and sliced cucumber, sliced green onions, kalamata olives and whole or halved colorful cherry tomatoes.
Season with lime juice, olive oil, and salt to taste. Stir and serve.
