How to make
Cut the Vienna sausages along their lengths, spread butter on a phyllo pastry sheet and place a sausage, along with ketchup, cheese or feta cheese and spices.
Roll it up into a roll and do the same for the other sausages and pastry sheets. Arrange them in a greased baking dish. Leave to bake until browned, then add the mixture of yoghurt and eggs and bake until browned again.
