How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with the sugar, cover and leave it in a warm place to activate. Pour 2 cups of flour in a pan, add the yeast, salt, oil and mix a soft and smooth dough by adding more flour in. Leave it to rise. Divide this into 2 parts.
Roll each part out into a circle, brush it with melted butter. Cut out triangles of the desired size for your rolls. Put a piece of vienna sausage and roll up the rolls. Arrange them in a greased tray and let them rise again.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and put them to bake in a heated oven at 360°F (180 °C). Smear the finished still warm rolls with a little butter.
