Ingredients

  • avocados - 1/2 pc. well - ripened
  • eggs - 1.
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • cherry tomatoes - a few
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil - a few drops
  • butter - very little, cow

How to make

Mash the avocado with a fork and pour over the lemon juice. The bread is sprinkled with olive oil and toasted on a hot pan. Put the avocado on it.

In the same pan, heat the butter and crack the egg. Fry for a few minutes, during which time, pour the fat on top of the egg to fry it or cover with a dish. But, of course, you can leave the yolk more liquid if you like.

Once the egg is cooked enough, place it on top of the avocado and sprinkle with spices. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, which we can also salt.
