How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until you get a fluffy cream. Add a drizzle of oil along with them. Add the yogurt and stir.
Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and add it in stages to the mixture.
Add half of the ground walnuts and stir.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper, sprinkle the other half of the walnuts on top and place the pan in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven.
Bake the cake for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Optionally, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
