Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 4 pcs.
  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • flour - for rolling the zucchini
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • chicken spice - 2 tbsp.
  • chicken spice - 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1/2 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and add the soy sauce and chicken spice to them.

Flavor well and leave for about an hour or two. Wash the zucchini and cut it into circles.

Put the melted butter in a bowl.

Roll the zucchini in the flour, then arrange it in the bowl. Sprinkle with vegetable spice.

Arrange the prepared chicken fillets on the zucchini and sprinkle with olive oil. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the fillets, cover the fillets with the grated yellow cheese, and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
