How to make
Cut the peppers and onions as finely as you possibly can. Fry them in a little fat until they soften. Transfer them into a bowl with a slotted spoon.
Add the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, black pepper, your desired amount of salt and mix the products. Transfer the minced meat onto a tray lined with paper.
In the middle of the pan, shape it into a roll and grease it with oil. Fold the paper and close it up like candy.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 35 minutes. Uncover the savory roll and bake until it's nicely browned. Move the roll onto a tray.
Pour the resulting fat into a pan. Put on low heat and add a lump of butter. When the butter has melted add 1 tbsp. flour and fry it.
Pour water to the desired density, while constantly stirring. Finally, season with black pepper, salt and pour the mixture over the cooked roll.
