Ingredients

  • oyster mushroom - 1.3 lb (600 g) of mushrooms
  • garlic - 1 head old
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Peel the mushrooms and cut them. Peel the garlic and chop the cloves. Heat the pan, add the butter and the mushrooms.

Add the garlic and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.

Add the white wine and let the mushrooms cook.

When ready, sprinkle with savory herb.

Put the flour in a bowl with a little water and mix it so that there are no lumps.

Put it in the pan with the mushrooms and stir the sauce.
