Ingredients

  • minced meat - 2.2 lb (1 kg) of a mixture of pork and pork
  • onion - 1
  • eggs - 1
  • red pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • savory herb - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Put the minced meat, which should be a mixture of pork and beef, in a large bowl. Add all the spices - salt, red and black pepper, savory. Grate the onion on the finest grater and add it as well.

Crack an egg and put the breadcrumbs. Mix everything very well and leave it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Cover the pan with baking paper. Arrange the shaped meatballs in the pan. Put them to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees), in 25-30 minutes they are ready.

Garnish with fresh salad - for the winter months salad of beets, and for the summer with Shopska salad.
