How to make
The iceberg and lettuce need to be chopped into pieces (no bigger than a matchbox) and placed in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with corn.
In a circle, arrange the pieces of thinly sliced roasted chicken fillet on top, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese flakes on top, add 2-3 pcs. of cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with a handful of croutons.
The salad is drizzled with Caesar sauce.
For the salad the dressing is prepared from 1 raw egg yolk, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, 1/2 of lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
You can add two or three fillets of chopped marinated anchovies to your Caesar salad but that is completely optional.
