  • bread - 1 pc. whole unsliced loaf
  • sausage - 7 oz (200 g), or bacon
  • pickles - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • olives - 3.53 oz (100 g), pitted and finely chopped
  • tomato sauce - 5 - 6 tbsp.
  • savory herb - 1 pinch

How to make

The bread is cut horizontally and vertically, making sure you do not cut through the bottom of the bread.

Cut the sausage and pickles into cubes, the olives into small slices and the yellow cheese into strips. All products are put into the bread and sprinkled with a little savory herb.

The bread is wrapped in foil and placed in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.

Then remove the foil and toast the bread for another 10 minutes to perfectly melt the cheese.
