How to make
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and fry them in oil. Salt and remove them. Clean and cut the onions into slices, salt and crush.
Add paprika and black pepper and pour it into a small saucepan. Add the fried meat, put a lid on and start shaking it vigorously until the meat is mixed well with the onions. Distribute it in plates and serve.
You can make it without crushing the onion, just brush it with salt.
