How to make
Knead the minced meat with the diced onions, parsley, herbs and a little salt. Shape small round balls and fry them until almost done in heated oil.
Peel and chop the tomatoes into small pieces, then add them into the pan. The potatoes are also diced and added.
Put together all the other ingredients for the sauce, and finally (after the potatoes are cooked), add chopped parsley and garlic.
