How to make
Mix together the minced meat with the chopped onion head, 6 parsley sprigs, 2 tsp ground cumin, black pepper, salt to taste and 1 egg. Mix well and shape into small to medium balls with moistened hands.
Chop 2.5 lb (1.2 kg) of onions and stew in enough oil. Add the crushed tomatoes and once boiling, drop the meatballs in the pot with tomato sauce. Add 5 tablespoons of oil and all the other spices.
Once the meatballs are cooked, thicken with slightly dissolved flour. Serve warm.
