How to make
Prepare marinade from 2/5 cup (100 ml). Olive oil, the juice and grated peel of 1 lemon, wine and pepper, put the fish in it to stand for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Drain and arrange the fish in a suitable baking tray and put a piece of blue cheese on each fillet. Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes, it is preheated to 360°F (180 °C).
Garnish the green beans with butter and lemon slices. Warning! The fish is not salted!
