How to make
Cut the chicken into portions and put it to boil. Debone the boiled chicken and shred the meat into small pieces.
Heat the butter and fry the flour in it. Stir continuously, pour in the milk slowly, then the chicken broth too.
Keep pouring in broth until you get the consistency of a thick sauce. Once the sauce boils, add the chicken, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Stir for 10-odd minutes on the stove, remove the fricassee and serve portions sprinkled with parsley.
