How to make
Take the fruits out from the compote and leave the juice to drain off. Arrange in a baking dish greased with plenty of butter.
Mix the products - eggs, sugar, and flour sifted with the baking powder.
This makes a thick porridge, pour it over the fruits. Bake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C).
After removing the cake from the oven, invert it into a cake plate and soak it immediately with the compote juice. Optionally, decorate with an egg white beaten with powdered sugar (2 egg whites - 2 tablespoons of sugar) when it cools.
