How to make
The whole rabbit is cleaned, the insides are boiled and made into stuffing with the rice.
Fill the rabbit and thoroughly smear it with butter, then place in a tray on which the bottom is covered with a grill.
Add water below and bake it for about 1.5 hours in a moderate oven, then take out the rabbit and cover it with 2 cups of yogurt. Bake until it gets a beige crust.
Filling can be made with rice, 1 onion and the rabbit’s entrails.
