  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • eggs - 2 yolks
  • parsley - 1 spoon, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg
  • garlic - 2 - 3 chopped cloves
  • butter
  • parsley - finely chopped

How to make

Wash the potatoes well and boil them in salted water. Peel them and while still hot, grate or mash with a fork. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 yolks, 1 spoon finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, grated nutmeg, 2 - 3 chopped garlic cloves.

Mix well. Using a wet spoon, make balls from the mixture and arrange them in an oiled oven dish with spaces in between. Bake in an oven. Serve them with some fried butter and finely chopped parsley on top.
