How to make
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Grease and flour a cake form. Melt the dark chocolate with butter in a water bath.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour and cocoa. Gradually add the cooled chocolate mixture, whiskey, salt, raising agents and vanilla essence to this, then stir well. Pour into a mold and bake for 40 minutes.
You can decorate the top with melted chocolate.
