"Today we`re offering you these outstanding chicken fillets with an aromatic wine-cream sauce with oregano."

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • sour cream - 1/2 cup
  • liquid cream - 1/2 cup
  • black pepper - freshly ground, to taste
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Cut the chicken into small oblong strips. Heat about 1/5 cup (60 ml) of olive oil and add the chicken to braise. Add the wine and once evaporated, mix vigorously with the flour.

Beat both the creams in advance separately and add them to the chicken strips while stirring. Season with salt and other spices and stir for a few minutes.
