  • walnuts - 1 cup ground
  • cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 6 tablespoons
  • butter - 1 cup melted
  • for the second layer
  • chocolate - 7 oz (200 g) natural
  • eggs - 4
  • butter - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups

measures

How to make

Mix the crushed biscuits with the ground walnuts and 6 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Put the layer in an oven dish and bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes.

Remove it and pour it on the second layer. To make the 2nd layer, beat the sugar and eggs until they whiten and add the butter, flour, chocolate, vanilla, liqueur, salt and grated chocolate.

Pour the second mixture on the cooked layer and return it to the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes.

After taking it out, leave it to cool slightly and pour on a glaze of 4 full tablespoons of cocoa, diluted with a little water, just enough to get a thick sauce.

Make decorations as desired and let the cake sit for a few hours in the refrigerator.
