Ingredients

  • butter - 8.5 oz (240 g) melted
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g), crystal
  • brown sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g) light
  • eggs - 4 L, 57 g each, room temperature
  • vanilla extract - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • cocoa - 4.2 oz (120 g) of good quality, full fat
  • chocolate - 7 oz (200 g) roughly chopped

How to make

Oven - 350°F (175°C)

Rectangular mold, greased and covered with baking paper - 11x7″ (28x18 cm).

The mold is greased with a piece of butter, the baking paper is cut, so that it also grips a little from the walls of the mold.

The melted butter and sugar are placed in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp. oil and mix very well with a wire whisk. Add the eggs, one at a time, mix, pour the vanilla and mix, until a smooth and light mixture is obtained.

Place a large sieve over the bowl and sift the flour with the cocoa and salt. Mix with a spatula. The mixture should be heavy, moist and very dark.

It is poured into the mold. It is left aside.

The chocolate is cut into large cubes and it is placed on top.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes. When inserting a toothpick in the middle of the brownie, it should come out very moist.

When served, the chocolate cake is cut into squares or rectangles and it should be warm, so that the chocolate can be liquid.

The Fudge Brownies are ready.
