  • chicken fillet - 14 oz (400 g)
  • pickles - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • mushrooms - 1 cup canned
  • lime juice
  • white wine
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • flour
  • basil
  • oregano
  • paprika
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Beat the fillet, the edges are thinned out well. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper. Leave to stay for a while.

Along the steak, arrange cucumbers and cheese that is cut into strips, mushrooms are chopped, as is the butter. Roll them up, thinning out the edges and tapering out like a spindle. Gently roll the fillets in flour mixed with a little basil, oregano and red pepper.

In a pan, fry the spindle with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then put it in a baking dish and pour the wine in. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
