For the cream, boil a béchamel sauce from the milk and flour. Remove from the heat and immediately add the sugar, stirring to melt it.
Once the cream cools, mix it with the butter that you've beaten with the powdered sugar, vanilla and rum flavoring.
Stick the biscuit layers together with the cream, while distributing pieces of cut Turkish delight between them. Garnish the top of the cake with crushed nuts or fruits (bananas), as desired.
