How to make
Dissolve the salt, sugar and yeast in a glass of lukewarm water. In a deep bowl, sift 2 cups of the flour, add the yeast mixture.
Add flour in increments of 3 cups and knead a medium soft dough. Allow to rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth - it should increase 2-3 times in volume.
Portions of the risen dough are shaped into balls and arranged in a greased baking tray. Place fortunes wrapped in foil in them and carefully add a coin. Put the cake with fortunes to bake in a moderately strong oven until ready.
The finished cake is wrapped in a towel.
