How to make
Clean the 7 lemons of their rinds, seeds and white membranes, to leave you only the yellow part of the fruit. Blend them together with the garlic, butter, olive oil, dill, parmesan and sugar.
With this paste, thoroughly brush the inside and outside of the salted and sprinkled with black pepper mackerel. Allow to sit for 1 hour, right in the baking tray.
Then put slices of the 8th lemon in each mackerel, sprinkle on white wine and put to bake in a moderately hot oven under foil.
Toward the end, remove the foil and then bake to a nice tan.
