How to make
Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Once effervescent, start to stir in a bowl with the sugar and successively add the oil, flour, cinnamon and cocoa. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish and put it to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Leave the finished cake to cool and cut it into 2 parts. Make the topping by melting the butter, cocoa, water and sugar in a pot on the stove. In a cake platter, place 1 layer, pour on plenty of the topping.
To prepare the glaze, put the crumbled chocolate to melt in a water bath with the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon cocoa. Separately, beat the confectionery cream. Begin to gently mix it with the slightly warm chocolate mixture.
Cover the layer with the glaze, sprinkle with chopped nuts and place the second layer on top. Pour on the remaining topping and sprinkle with nuts. Then completely cover the brownie cake with the glaze.
Allow it to harden in the fridge.
