Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 packet + 1 tbsp
  • flour - 2 cups
  • walnuts - 1 cup, ground
  • vanilla - 3 packets
  • lemons - zest of 1
  • white raisins - 1 - 2 handfuls
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g), dark

How to make

Beat the butter with the sugar and add the eggs. Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it to the mixture while continuously whipping.

Gradually start adding the sifted flour. Finally, add the walnuts, lemon zest and raisins. Pour this into a greased and floured mold and bake at 360°F (180 °C).

Cool the finished cake slightly and top with the chocolate that has been melted with butter in a water bath.
