How to make
Knead a soft dough and leave it to rise for one hour. Then make balls the size of a walnut.
Roll them with hands smeared with oil, arrange them in a tray. Leave them to rise again.
Then pour in the melted margarine with the oil, breadcrumbs and salt. Bake in a moderate 360°F (180 °C) oven.
After baking, sprinkle with a little cold milk. Wrap with a towel to soften.
These buns end up a little greasy, but are extremely delicious.
