How to make
Tenderize the steaks and rub them with salt, pepper and thyme. Arrange them in a greased pan, top with wine and put them to sauté.
For the sauce, in a saucepan, fry the flour in heated oil and dilute with milk while stirring. Add chopped garlic, mushrooms, pickles and season with spices as the sauce is thickened.
Pour over the already cooked steaks with sauce and bake for 5 minutes.
