How to make
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add a bit of flour and 1 1/2 cups of the total milk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Put the remaining milk to boil and then, while constantly stirring, add the beaten egg mixture. Stir until the cream thickens.
When ready, remove it from the heat and add vanilla, stirring nicely. You can use it for cakes, or just consume as is.
