Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vegetable spice - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • dill - to taste
  • garlic - a few cloves, if desired

How to make

Boil the potatoes without overcooking them, peel them and cut them into the desired form.

Heat oil and fry the potatoes evenly. Finally, sprinkle with salt, vegetable spice and chopped dill.

During frying, add a little crushed garlic. Stir and remove from the heat.
