How to make
Mix the water and milk and boil them. Add the washed and chopped potatoes. Once the potatoes are cooked, make a puree from the potatoes, milk and water left in the pot.
Add the butter, salt, nutmeg and grated cheese. Allow the mixture to cool slightly and add the beaten eggs. Stir the puree and place it in a pre-greased baking tray.
Optionally, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs or grated cheese. Bake the puree in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 50-odd minutes. Serve warm.
