"Whenever rabbits watch the game, they always eat carrot patties. Phenomenally delicious, try them yourself."

Ingredients

  • carrots - 4 - 5 large
  • lemons - 1/2 squeezed juice
  • flour - about 2 tablespoons
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 - 3
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Grate the carrots with a thin grater. Pour lemon juice over them and mix with the flour, eggs and baking soda dissolved in yoghurt.

Season the mixture with spices and heat the oil in a frying pan. The amount of oil must be enough to cover the bottom.

With a big spoon, put spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and shape patties with it. Fry to a light tan on both sides.
