Ingredients

  • bananas - 2
  • raspberries - 1 1/2 cups, fresh
  • gelatin - 2 tsp
  • water - 2 tbsp, cold
  • sour cream - 1 cup
  • powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
  • eggs - 1 egg white
  • biscuits - 1 box of boudoir biscuits or biscotti

How to make

Soak the gelatin in the water and let it swell. Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath or in a microwave oven.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the sugar and beat them. While stirring nonstop, add the bananas, which you have previously mashed into a smooth puree.

Add the gelatin and stir until you get a smooth mixture. Cover the bottom and sides of 4 forms (or wide cups) with rice paper. Arrange the boudoir biscuits (ladyfingers) along the sides of the forms.

Fill the insides with the banana mixture and decorate the top with raspberries. Put the mini crumbles in a refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Serve cold.
