How to make
Beat all the products for the marinade. Poke a few holes lightly in the meat and pour the marinade over it well. Cover the container and let it marinate for 1 night in a cool place.
The next day, fry the meat on all sides in a large pot. Use little oil for this purpose. Beat the remaining honey, mustard and oil/olive oil with all the spices.
Put the meat on a large sheet of aluminum foil, coat the meat nicely with the blend. Place it in a baking dish and top up with the wine, or just water or beer.
Bake in a 360°F (180 °C) heated oven for 2 hours. Top up with water when needed during baking.
