Ingredients

  • mince - 10.6 oz (300 grams) of mixture
  • rusks - 1
  • eggs - 1
  • butter
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste
  • parsley - finely chopped 3 sticks

How to make

Mix the minced meat with the soaked in water and left to lay rusk, egg, parsley and seasoning to taste. Shape into meatballs and gently add every piece of butter.

Place the meatballs in the saucepan for steaming. Let them cook for about 40 minutes. Serve them with a side dish of vegetables, as desired.
