How to make
In a well in the sifted flour add salt, warm water and knead smooth and elastic dough that can be spread. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into balls. Roll out each ball of crust for the pie. Sprinkle crust with crumbled cheese and melted butter. Fold pastry into a bag and push the edges not to open.
Cook on an oiled and well-heated hot plate on both sides until browed. Each on is smeared with butter and arrange them on top of each other.
Once they all are done, wrap them in a towel for 30 minutes to brew.
