Ingredients

  • rooster - 1 home grown
  • bay leaf - 2.
  • pepper - 8 grains
  • celery - a little piece
  • cabbage - 1 sour cabbage, maybe fresh but must be pre - fried
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • bacon - from 5.3 oz (150 g) to 7 oz (200 g)
  • pepper - ground
  • savory - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - a few cloves if desired

How to make

Put the cleaned rooster to boil in a pressure cooker for about 1 hour with the grains of black pepper, bay leaves and chopped celery. Then remove and portion it.
