How to make
Cut the cleaned chicken into 8 servings and fry them all on both sides in olive oil.
Remove the portions and in the rest of the fat, fry the finely chopped onion, add boiled, peeled and quartered tomatoes, crushed garlic, the chopped mushrooms, pepper, salt and 2 spoons hot water.
Boil the mixture and then add a portion of chicken. Simmer under a lid for 1 hour. Optionally, serve with steamed rice and garnish with optional sprigs of greenery.
