"In just 25 min. you can make these unbelievable chocolate volcanoes that are absolutely tasty and an amazing dessert for your family."

Ingredients

  • milk chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g) or margarine - both work great
  • sugar - 1/2 cup (140 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 powder
measures

How to make

Melt the butter and sugar on low heat, keep stirring until the sugar melts. Add the chocolate, broken into pieces, and after it melts remove the mixture from the heat.

After the mixture cools a little, add the eggs, flour and vanilla. Smear small baking forms with oil /butter and sprinkle flour on the sides and bottom, just as you would when making a cake.

Put the forms in an oven dish or tray and put them in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Next, put them in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven for 10-12 minutes to bake.

Once you see that they've caught a nice crust on the top and sides, they're done. Allow them to cool in the forms. Usually, you can get them out of the forms without a problem.

You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top or use cookie cutters to get the desired shapes. Keep in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
