Ingredients

  • spinach - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • onions - 1 bunch of spring onions
  • tomatoes - 2
  • eggs - 3 - 4 hard - boiled eggs
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • vinegar
  • salt

How to make

Wash the vegetables thoroughly under water running at high pressure. Drain them and cut them into small pieces.

Optionally, mash the spring onions with salt to taste. Mix and pour the vegetable oil on. Cut the tomatoes and distribute them equally.

Garnish with eggs cut into quarters.
