How to make

Cut pork into bite sized pieces and sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper. Thin sausage is curled on 4 separate rings. Heat oil in a pan on the stove and fry the finely crushed onion and mushrooms for a little while.

Cut cleaned potatoes with peppers. Prepare 4 greased earthenware dishes. At the bottom of each, place first onion, then pork, sausage, mushrooms, cheese slice, peppers and top with sliced potatoes. Season to taste.

In each pot, put 1-2 tablespoons tomato paste and add 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml) of the wine. Put the lids on and put them to bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C) for about 40 minutes.

5 minutes before removing, tap one egg in each and bake finished. Remove them and quickly grate cheese on top.
