  • flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml.)
  • salt
  • sugar
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • pickles - 5
  • sour cream - 1 cup
  • dill - 1/2 bunch

How to make

Mix the flour, eggs, milk, pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar well. The mixture needs to be relatively thick. Smear a large oven dish with butter and heat it well. Pour the mixture inside in a very fine layer and bake it in the oven until golden.

Once ready, remove and sprinkle it with the finely chopped small pieces of ham, cheese, pickles, and feta. Roll it up into a roll, cover with grated cheese and return to the oven for the cheese to crisp.

Separately, prepare a sauce from the sour cream and dill, put the ingredients in a pan and let them bubble. Serve it as a rolled up pancake, with the sauce poured over it.
